Roles, responsibilities and requirements of a qualified Accountant within PMK:

• ACA, ACCA, CIMA qualified (or equivalent) with a degree;
• Management Accounts for multiple clients on a monthly/quarterly basis;
• Management of Financial Systems;
• Statutory Accounts preparation;
• Tax Returns;
• Budgets & Forecasts;
• Presentation & Review of Monthly Management Accounts in a timely & professional manner;
• Ratio Analysis & Interpretation of Financial Information;
• Preparation of Business Funding Applications to banks & other funding institutions;
• Good analytical skills, commercial aptitude and have the ability to identify issues, understand complex problems, and draw sound conclusions;
• A strong desire to learn, a willingness to share knowledge and a strong team ethic; 
• The ability to coach and develop others;
• Enthusiastic, diligent and energetic with a flexible approach in a rapidly changing environment;
• A proven track record of providing exceptional service and establishing and maintaining strong relationships; 
• The ability to manage time, prioritise tasks and work under tight deadlines;
